Pour 5 cl of Grappa di Barbera Sibona into a shaker with some ice, 2 cl of Triple Sec and 2 cl of fresh lime juice.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds and pour through a filter into a cocktail glass. Decorate the edge of the glass with slivers of lemon zest.
