Pour 3 cl of Amaro Sibona into a shaker with some ice, 1 cl of lime juice, 1 cl of Monin pink grapefruit juice, a few drops of Pimento Dram and 6 cl of fresh pink grapefruit juice.
Shake briefly and pour through a filter into an Asti glass. Float a slice of dried grapefruit on the surface to decorate.
