Pour 5 cl of Amaro Sibona into a shaker with 3 cl of lime juice, 1 cl of cinnamon sugar syrup and a few drops of egg white. Shake for a few seconds. Add some ice cubes and shake vigorously for about a minute. Pour through a filter into an Old Fashioned glass full of ice and decorate with orange zest and a red cherry.
