Premium blend with peated malt

Sibona Whisky originates from the distillation in a discontinuous bain-marie still of a premium blend of malts, including peated malt. The long and patient aging in small barrels infuses the whisky with intense aromas of cocoa, leather and honey, enriched by distinct peated nuances.

On the palate, it is velvety and persistent, with elegant spicy notes and a finish of dried fruit that envelops the senses.

Distilled with Eva natural water which gush out from the highest spring in Europe at 2,042 meters (6.700 ft).

Appelation: Italian Whisky
Raw material: Premium blend of malts, including peated malt.
Distillation: Exclusively in-house, in a bain-marie copper still, employing all the expertise of our oenologists and master distillers.
Aging: Long aging in small oak barrels, previously used for the aging of peated Whiskies.
Alcohol Content: 44 % vol.
Bottle: Special and elegant Sibona bottle with notches down the side to indicate the content (70 cl.),
The bottle is produced in “wild glass” that is recycled glass with a significant reduction in CO2 emissions and limited waste of raw materials, in total support of the environment.
Capacity: 70 cl.

Bouquet: Elegant, soft, involving, with intense aromas of cocoa, leather and honey and enriched by distinct peated nuances.
Palate: velvety and persistent, with elegant spicy notes and a finish of dried fruit that envelops the senses.
Pairings: Mature cheeses, beef meat, cured meats, seafood, oysters, smoked salmon, dried fruit, chocolate.
Tasting suggestions: Taste slowly and serve at a temperature between 18 and 20°C.
